In Fe b ru a ry 2005 Acme Paper re t a i n e dPrince Market Research, an independent firmbased in Nashville, Tennessee, to survey ourcustomers about their experiences with Acme.The results were very gratifying.

A cross section of hundreds of Ac m ecustomers of various size accounts showed:91% are “very satisfied” or “satisfied” with

With new offerings for the pro p a n eand IC engineer markets, the division will continue tog row. Aside from introducing new merchandise andattracting new customers, Mike is developing next-dayroad repair assistance and rental machine and PMp rograms.

“ I ’m excited about taking Acme's great re p u t a t i o nfor delive ring quality goods, on-time, to the serv i c ei n d u s t ry and expanding our product line to meetcustomer needs,” said Mike. “The introduction of newcustomer service options as well as new markets is aunique challenge that I look forw a rd to meeting.”

Regina, an honors graduate of the Un i versity ofMa ryland, with a bachelor of arts degree in English ands o c i o l o gy, has 10 years of experience in customers e rvice management, specifically in constructing newd i v i s i o n s .

Among her goals at Acme will be enhancing serv i c el e vels for all customers; construction of policies,p ro c e d u res and perf o rmance measurements for Ac m esales people; and developing and administering a skillsenhancement program to build upon and expand thek n owledge base of the customer service gro u p .

She will also lead and foster a CIP initiative(Continuous Im p rovement Process) throughout theorganization. “This will allow for analysis ofi m p rovement areas and implementation of corre c t i veaction,” she points out.

Fi n a l l y, she will evaluate all Acme systems for ord e rc o n f i rmation, online ord e ring and re p o rting so as tomonitor and enhance the company’s delive ryp e rf o rm a n c e .

With new offerings for the pro p a n eand IC engineer markets, the division will continue tog row. Aside from introducing new merchandise andattracting new customers, Mike is developing next-dayroad repair assistance and rental machine and PMp rograms.

Prior to starting his own business, Mike was theoperations manager at Franklin Sales & Se rvice andwas responsible for day-to-day operations of anA m e rican-Lincoln dealership. In this position hemanaged 10 people while building an elite serv i c ed e p a rtment.

Mike began his carrier by serving four years in the U.S. Army as a mechanic and motor pools u p e rvisorat Fo rt Bragg, N.C., and in Ka r l s rue, Ge rm a n y.

Regina, an honors graduate of the Un i versity ofMa ryland, with a bachelor of arts degree in English ands o c i o l o gy, has 10 years of experience in customers e rvice management, specifically in constructing newd i v i s i o n s .

Among her goals at Acme will be enhancing serv i c el e vels for all customers; construction of policies,p ro c e d u res and perf o rmance measurements for Ac m esales people; and developing and administering a skillsenhancement program to build upon and expand thek n owledge base of the customer service gro u p .

She will also lead and foster a CIP initiative(Continuous Im p rovement Process) throughout theorganization. “This will allow for analysis ofi m p rovement areas and implementation of corre c t i veaction,” she points out.

Also, all ofL a n d s b e r g’s associates from its Richmondoperation are being retained and will join Ac m e’snearly 200 associates.
