Meet Overview
What to bring: VCCA Passports (if you have one for the car you are bringing), Discovery Pass (if you have one for WA State Parks), water bottle, chair, cooler for box lunches,
Parking: Enter via a special road at the far end of the hotel, along the water. Pictures will be taken as you enter the grassy field; cars parked by decades: 20s, 30s, 40s, . . . . .; Hauler/trailer parking is available on site – in a separate area.
Wednesday: Check-in Hotel (4 p.m. or later); Registration for Meet opens at 6 p.m. in lobby; closes at 9 p.m..
Thursday: Registration open from 8 a.m. - 4 p.m., Judging Clinic, Women’s Event, Self-Guided Tours, Dessert in Park, Swap Meet
Friday: Judges’ Breakfast, Field Check & Judging/Chevrolet Display, Short Tour, Barbecue, Swap Meet
Saturday: Directors’ Meeting, Long Tour, Banquet/Awards

Both men's and women's Tee-Shirts and Unisex Polo shirts can be purchased with a stylized meet logo by pre-order only. Anacortes, WA
North Cascade Region hopes you enjoy this wonderful city/town as much as we have in organizing this event. Although Anacortes used to be known mostly as the Gateway to the San Juan Islands, today it has become a destination city. It’s Arts Festival Week-End draws 90,000 people - we chose a different week for our event! Be sure and walk through the historic town - there are 150 life-sized murals. Let’s meet in Anacortes in August!

NATIONAL & NORTHWEST VEHICLE JUDGING & CERTIFICATION(Friday, August 18, 2017)
There are two types of vehicle participation awards presented at Northwest Meets:Awards for VCCA nationally judged and certified vehicles & Northwest personalized judging awardsAll vehicles entered for judging/certification at this meet must be a 1992 or older, must pass a safety check & have a working fire extinguisher.
National VCCA Judging Classes
Junior: Any qualified VCCA vehicle that has not received a previous first Junior awardA vehicle being shown for the first time - or by a new owner for the first time
Senior: Vehicle must have won a first Junior award at a Nationally-sanctioned Meet
Preservation: Vehicle has won a first Senior award and Oval at a Nationally-sanctioned MeetMust achieve & maintain a minimum of 901 points to remain at this level
HPOCF (Historical Preservation of Original Chevrolet Features): A member’s original Chevrolet that is totally original or retaining significant original features in at least two of four areas:
• interior • exterior • engine and compartment • chassis/undercarriageNot for those vehicles that have been neglected and/or look as if they are in need of restoration or significant repair.
CDPC (Chevrolet Drivers’ Participation Class): A certification, non-competitive class for members who don’t wish to have their car judged in the traditional manner. Vehicles are eligible if they have not won a National point-judging award and are not modified. Judging will focus on:
• interior • exterior • engine • chassisThe following are exceptions that will not disqualify the vehicle from certifications: seat belts, turn signals, stop lights, sealed beamed/halogen headlights, radial tires mounted on original style wheels, radio upgrades, electric upgrades, air conditioning, overdrives and altered exhausts.

Personalized This is a special judging class using local guidelines and evaluation forms for membersClass who do not wish to compete for National points. Vehicles will be judged on four areas:
• interior • exterior • engine & compartment • chassisThis allows modified vehicles to be judged. Vehicles must have a Chevy motor and a Chevy built body.
