You can use pictures that you have collected and saved in a folder on your Desktop, My Documents, flash drive or any of the picture libraries you have installed. In this example we are going to the Crick Picture Library 3 and opening the Animal Life folder.

SET-BC www.setbc.org 11 of 14 2013-04-12

The pictures from the folder appear in the Browse Picture Files window. The bear, cougar, deer, fox, moose, and wolf will be used for this activity. Locate bear and select it. It turns blue. Tap the single forward arrow. The bear now appears in the Stamp List. Continue doing this until all 6 stamps have been added to the Stamps List. Tip: If you are going to do several stamping activities it is better to have the pictures available in a folder so you don’t have to search for them each time. You can also add all the pictures by selecting all of them in your folder instead of adding them individually.

SET-BC www.setbc.org 14 of 14 2013-04-12

6

Add additional stamping pages to the book. To create additional custom stamping activities or pages repeat the same process as above. If you want to use the same pictures throughout the book copy the Paint button and paste it to the additional pages in the book. The stamps you created for the one page will be copied to each page the button is pasted onto. You can change the text prompts to create a variety of activities using different concepts e.g. Add a large moose and a small wolf to the picture; add 3 wolves and 2 deer to the picture, stamp one animal that rhymes with goose and one that rhymes with box on the picture etc. Congratulations! You have just created some new stamps for your student to use in their Clicker activities.
