Confirmation of Booking: Venue hire can only be confirmed once a deposit and written confirmation has been received. Classic Flyers reserves the right to resell venues

that have not paid a deposit and confirmed in writing.

Deposit and Payment Details: A $50 deposit will be required to secure the venue. All remaining monies must be paid at the conclusion of the party in the museum gift

shop. Deposit can be paid by Cash, Credit Card, EFTPOS or Direct Debit to BNZ Acct# 02 0466 0280008 00 Account name BOP Classic Aircraft Trust

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation within 7 days of the event will forfeit the total deposit paid unless the event is rescheduled.

Terms of Use: The client is responsible for any damage, pilfering or breakage sustained on Classic Flyers premises or to equipment by the client, client’s guests or any other

person attending the event. Classic Flyers will not be held liable of any loss or injury incurred by the client or the client’s guests while on Classic Flyers premises.
