Grad Bash Dress Code• Dress to Impress (Acceptable attire):

GIRLSDresses, skirts, shorts, casual pants (including jeans), blouses and

tops, comfortable shoes (including tennis shoes, dress sandals, boots and flip flops)

GUYSCasual pants (including khakis and jeans), shorts, shirts with collars

(golf/polo and dress shirts), t-shirts with sleeves and in good condition, sport jackets, dress suits, comfortable shoes (including

tennis shoes, dress shoes, boots, and flip flops) This won't fly (Unacceptable attire):

• Any clothing affiliated with a school, professional sports team, group, club, area code, etc. (students only)

• Clothes not in good repair (ripped, torn, etc.) • Revealing clothing (i.e. bathing suits, see-through clothing, cropped

shirt that show midriffs) Hat or bandanas (either worn or hanging from belt loops/pockets etc.)

• Senior Exams are the last week for Seniors.

• Exam Schedule will be released before Spring Break

• All End of the Year Events, (Bacc Services, Class Night & Graduation) are recorded.• DVDs will be available for purchase

prior to events as well as after.• Cost for all three events is $25.00

Photography at Senior Events

• Any photographer who will be taking pictures during these events will be given a selected/designated area in which they are to remain.

• They can not get in the way at any event.

Participation in Senior Events

Seniors who are not eligible to GRADUATE may ONLY

Senior Debts

• All Seniors will need to clear all outstanding debts before picking up their cap and gown!!

• Text Books, Library Books, Sports Uniforms & Fees, JROTC Uniforms, Class Sponsored Fees, etc.

• Last Day to Clear Debts will be May 15, 2015

Senior PicnicSenior Picnic will be held on

May 12, 2015

• Students will leave EGHS at 8am for departure to our Picnic Site.

• Students are not allowed to drive to the location. • Students return that afternoon at 5pm.

Senior Awards Convocation

Awards Night will be held on Thursday May 14th, 2015 at 7:00 pm

• All Scholarships and Awards from organizations/schools/companies/military will be presented this night.

• Students will enjoy a light reception following• Students are to be dressed in complete business

Cap and Gown Distribution

Distribution of Cap and Gowns will be Friday May 15, 2015 12:15 pm -1:30 pm• Immediately AFTER Rehearsal
