Clasen Business Solutions (formerly JCA Bookkeeping Services), a Cebu-

based consulting company offers a full array of professional services to address

corporate as well as individual needs. We offer professional Corporate Services,

consisting of business registration, accounting and tax consultation. We also

provide Visa/Immigration Services for work and retirement. Our expertise and

knowledge in several types of accounting software has created a valuable

service to businesses in their Implementation and Training.

Clasen Business Solutions (formerly JCA Bookkeeping Services) strives to

be the one-stop professional services in 2007, drawing from the experience of

our key officer, Janette Clasen Amprovider for organizations and individuals.

CBS started as a bookkeeping service ahit, an accountant to various private

companies.

Due to compliance and reporting requirements mandated by national and

local government agencies for business start-ups and on-going businesses, we

increased our corporate services to include accounting/tax services and

business registration with the DTI/SEC, SSS, BIR, PhilHealth and Pagibig.

As our clients grew and diversified, the demand for other professional

services grew. Our offerings expanded to accounting software implementation

and business process analysis. Individual services include visa processing and

property title transfer. To reflect the varied services and solutions we offer, we

changed our company’s name in 2015 to Clasen Business Solutions.

Beginning with two medical professionals, our list of satisfied clients has

grown to include almost 100 establishments engaged in manufacturing,

retailing , shipping and boatbuilding, real estate, malls, hotels, restaurants,

pharmaceuticals and wholesaling , to name a few.

Due to the quality and cost-effectiveness of our services, we foresee an

increased interest in them. To handle the demand, we plan to add to five staff

members as well as specialized partners for the particular

requirements of our clients.
