American Golf is Europe’s largest specialist online golf retailer and has over 100 golf stores across the UK and Ireland. The main goal of American Golf’s site re-launch was enabling a superior buying experience and equipping business managers with a powerful solution to execute merchandising strategies, aggressively grow revenue and foster customer loyalty

The American Golf website was redesigned keeping in mind the above goals. We used the Microsoft .NET platform to rebuild the website.

We used 'Mercardo Search' which was a third party service as a key component. In addition to search, Mercado also defines how visitors browse, find, compare, and select relevant products and content on web and mobile sites.

Product feedback and review was key component in getting new customers. We used Bazaarvoice, a third party service to implement Product reviews and feedback into the site & also provided integration of the product review and feedback into social media tools like Twitter & Facebook.
