Clairmonte Processes is providing advanced air/gas floatation units including the following progressive steps: a) Allowing the gas to be mixed directly with water flow, avoiding the contact of gas with water which will saturate the gas with water. b) Eliminating pumps used for internal recirculation. c) Collecting separated oil droplets mixed with gas bubbles through a float system.

Normally crude oils have a specific gravity about equal to water; it is quite difficult to complete oil water separations specially when oil is of little concentration. Clairmonte Processes design includes: oil water mixtures are first mixed with gas bubbles, next mixtures are allowed through a compact multi- hydrocyclones, resulting in practically totally clean water ready for reuse.
