    Partner Responsibilities Citycare is seeking partners from each city in India to set-up and administer the location

    Partner can be an individual, or Body Corporate.

    Partner is responsible for

    Providing Own/rent Office Space, Computer hardware/software, safety, security infrastructure forBPO for required number of people.

    Obtaining public utilities connection like water, electricity, telephone, internet connections.

    Furnishing the office suitable to run BPO operations.

    look after day to day administration of office, including team management.

    Hire Human Resources suitable for the running of Citycare BPO as per Job Description on their pay.

    Obtain performance from People to earn more revenues. Allow Citycare to register a Branch Office on that Address as part of the agreement.

    Display Citycare BPO name plate at the premises.

    Operate in the name of citycare/client of citycare name as per process requirements

    Sign a partnership Agreement for 3- 5 year period, extendable further on mutual agreement

    Sign a Process related SOW terms and conditions time to time, as required by the client Meet the quality and discipline parameters set by Citycare BPO.

    Allow citycare Operations team to visit, involve in operations for performance improvement of team

    Citycare Responsibilities Citycare is responsible for

    Legal compliance of setting up a BPO at the specified location, including

    the permissions on citycare BPO name, including registering a branchoffice as necessary.

    Client Acquisition and contract Management with customer of CitycareBPO on regular basis.

    Successful development of Business Orders and Pipeline

    Training to Staff Members at partner location

    Partner agreement terms1. Valid for 3 -5 years duration initially , extendable for further period

    on mutual interest.

    2. Payment is based on contract type for each process based on clientagreement with citycare BPO.

    3. Contract types based on the Process ( all are used based on theprocess)

    1. Revenue Sharing Model1. Depends on the service ,% varies from 5 to 90% of net revenue.2. Performance based pay, no fixed fee commitment.

    2. Time & material1. Citycare hire the staff on monthly basis and pay per seat2. Minimum target commitment team need to met otherwise penalties are

    charged

    3. Cost plus Incentive Model Per Seat fixed payment is paid to take care of fixed cost to some extent Incentive is paid as % of total revenue or Unit Basis

    Need to submit the documentation proof for the period ofagreement, the title or holding of office space, and otherbusiness registration documents, id proof etc.

    Should able to pay 50000/- as yearly sharing of

    Exclusivity terms

    Partner should never circumvent partnershipagreement to deal with clients directly for the periodof 2 years from the expiry of agreement. Otherwise
