LOGOCLEARSPACEThe City of Wolverhampton logo should always be surrounded by a minimum area of blank space. This area of isolation ensures that headlines, text or other visual elements do not encroach on the logo. The area is defined by using the height of the marque to create the invisible boundary of isolation.

LOGOCOLOURThere are two colour options forthe logo; violet and orange.

On dark backgrounds the whiteor orange versions should be used and on light background the violet version should be used.

For mid range colours either can be used.

A monochrome version hasalso been supplied for use innon-colour printing.

These are the preferred on-screen file type as they have a transparent background.

These files have the been added as they are easier to preview on most screens than EPS files and can also be used in print.

These have been added for instances where it isn’t possible to use a PNG.

PATTERNSThe City of Wolverhampton is a melting pot that brings people together, whether through socialising, culture or sport.

We have represented these interactions as a series of pathways that when woven together create dynamic and energetic patterns.

The pattern is a good alternative to flat colour or photography, adding an extra level of interest.
