Official Plan Amendment No. 6 to Rural Hamilton Official Plan
Respecting:
3075 Tisdale Road, Glanbrook
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the City of Hamilton enacts as follows:
, Amendment No. 6 to the Rural Hamilton Official Plan consisting ofSchedule "1", hereto annexed and forming part of this By-law, is herebyadopted.

Rural Hamilton Official PlanAmendment No. 6
The following text, together with:
Appendix "A" - Site Specific Key Map - Volume 3: Appendix A,
attached hereto, constitutes Official Plan Amendment No. 6 fo the RuralHamilton Official Plan.
1.0 Purpose and Effect:
The purpose and effect of this Amendment is to create a new site specificpolicy to permit the severance of a parcel of land for a proposed placeof worship.
2.0 Location:
The lands affected by this Amendment are located on the east side ofTisdale Road, south of Whitechurch Road, and known municipally as 3075Tisdale Rood, in the former Township of Glanbrook.
3.0 Basis:
The amendment allows for the creation of a parcel of land for a proposedplace of worship in the Rural designation. This amendment is appropriatesince:
,, It is consistent with the Provincial Policy Statement; and,° It conforms to the Greenbelt Plan.
4.0 Chan_cles:
4.1 Volume 3 - Special Policy and Site Specific Areas
4.1.1 Chapter B - Rural Site Specific Areas
a. That Volume 3 - Special Policy and Site Specific Areas be amended byadding a new site specific policy as follows:

1.0 Notwithstanding Policy F.1.14.2.3, RuralDesignation Severances of this Plan, for thelands known municipally as 3075 TisdaleRoad and identified as Site Specific PolicyR-28, consisting of approximately 20.23hectares for both Parcel "A" and "B", thelands identified as Parcel "A" consisting ofapproximately 1.74 hectares may besevered for a proposed place of worship.

4.1.2 Appendices
a. That Volume 3: Appendix A - Site Specific Key Map, be amended byidentifying the subject lands as R-28, as shown on Appendix "A" to thisamendment.

An implementing Zoning By-Law Amendment and consent will give effectto the severance and intended uses on the subject lands.
