Clark received his Bachelors Degree in Agricultural Business Management from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo

 Clark began his career with the Hawaiian Sugar Planters Association

28 years with the University of Hawaii at Manoa, College of Tropical Agriculture and Human Resources

as Extension Agent and as Maui County Administrator  

Clark is currently The Maui County Agriculture Specialist. Clark returns to his love, farming , at the end of June 2010.

 Clark serves on the Hawaii Department of Agriculture Executive Board, term expiring June 30,

2013

Paul VossenPaul has been a member of the academic faculty of the University of California since 1980.

Paul is internationally acknowledged as an expert in olive varieties, olive oil production and processing, and the sensory analysis of olive oils. Paul is the Panel Leader of the University of California Cooperative Extension Olive Oil Research Taste Panel.

The Orthodox Union (OU) is the highest kosher certification. The Orthodox Union certification provides assurance of cleanliness of product handling and processing

Our fruits and vegetables are thoroughly washed and inspected

Our water quality is of the highest standard – it is softened, conditioned and filtered through an ultra violet water treatment system that insures 99.9% purity

Water used for washing our produce, equipment and facilities is used only once before being recycled to irrigate crops

Olive processing equipment is used only for the production of Olive Oil.

system and their Big Blue ultra violet unit to remove chlorine,
