Relevant  Work  Experience  08/2015  –  Current   Sydney,  Australia  Education  Manager,  Australia  SEH  Education  &  Migration  Accomplishments    Starting  as  an  office  manager  in  August  of  2015,  I  understood  the  goals  of  the  company  and  took  on  extra  responsibility  to  manage  the  operations  of  the  education  side  of  the  business.  

 09/2012  –  02/2014   Bogotá,  Colombia  Microbiology  Laboratory  Manager  University  of  Bogotá  Jorge  Tadeo  Lozano  (School  of  Microbiology)  Accomplishments    Created  procedures  and  standards  to  follow  to  transform  an  existing  biology  laboratory  into  a  university  standard  microbiology  laboratory.  This  allowed  for  a  much  greater  utilisation  of  the  laboratory  and  significantly  helped  to  promote  the  school.  

 11/2011  –  02/2012   Bogotá,  Colombia  Biotechnology  Research  Assistant  Pontificia  Universidad  Javeriana  Accomplishments    Developed  the  procedure  for  the  commercial  production  of  a  bio-­‐inoculant  using  a  bioreactor.  This  bio-­‐inoculant  was  designed  to  fix  nitrogen  from  the  air  into  the  soil,  reducing  the  demand  of  fertilisers.
