CHILDREN’S MINISTRY TRAINING STRATEGIES Do you desire to evangelize, disciple, and engage children in your local church and community? If so, your local church needs individuals who are called by God to serve the Young Harvest and who are well trained in ministry and leadership skills. Children’s Ministries at the international office invites you, the pastor, and those in your local church who serve children to participate in ministry and leadership training.

IMPACT! Online and Video Training. The IMPACT! training series provides a video training

module for each of ten competencies of an effective children’s minister. Included in each module is video instruction, assignments and downloadable resources. After completing required quiz and coursework for each module, participants will receive a certificate. When all courses of the children’s ministry track are completed an endorsement in children’s ministry will be issued.

ONE-DAY TRAINING INTENSIVE A one-day training intensive offers relevant, and interactive

ministry and leadership training at a location near you and at a cost that allows everyone on your ministry team to attend.

INSTITUTE OF CHILDREN’S MINISTRY The Institute of Children’s Ministry provides an environment the encourages spiritual formation, interaction with skilled

children’s ministry practitioners, networking with other children’s ministers, and leadership development through instruction and relationships.

CHILDREN’S MINISTRY LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE Regional and national children’s ministry leadership meet together for vision casting, training, sharing of resources, and the formation of shared ministry and leadership development strategies.

TEAM UP! TEAM UP! is a conference developed in cooperation with the international youth and children’s ministry offices as well as

the residing presbyter of a region, nation or continent. Pastors, youth and children’s ministry leadership come together for the purpose of “teaming up” to evangelize and disciple the Young Harvest, strengthen families, and develop leaders.
