Unfunded Research Global Aging: Healthy Aging Among African-American and Ethiopian Elders in Rural and Urban Settings. This cross cultural study identifies disparities and similarities in regard to healthy aging and health promotion activities among elders in the U.S. and Ethiopia and explores the implications to health promotion policy and programming.
