50 - 050Boration of an α,β-Enone Using a Diboron Promoted by a Copper(I)–Phosphine Mixture Catalyst. — Cu(I)-catalyzed reaction of the diboron(II) with various α,β-enones forms the corresponding boration products. Goodyields are obtained, except for the sterically hindered substrate (IVc).
