Chef Brahim Hadj-Moussa mixes Moroccan flavors, Tunisian spices, and casual Provencal style at the Barbary Fig restaurant in St. Paul. Tastes of the Mediterranean and North Africa beckon diners to St. Paul where Chef and owner Brahim Hadj-Moussa's café features a menu of couscous, tagine, and other homemade specialties. For over twenty years, Chef Hadj has been cooking innovative Mediterranean cuisine, including chicken, seafood, lamb and vegetarian dishes on Grand Avenue. Learn how to use the flavors and spices of this region as Chef Brahim Hadj- Moussa, who everyone calls Hadj, demonstrates his expertise in People Serving People’s kitchen.
