Value Added activities for Piaggio Motors by phenoMenon consultants inc:

1. Computerised ZeNLP Mental Map test will be administered to all participants and 21 participants will be selected after classifying them as Visuals, Auditories and Kinesthetics based on their unconscious mental maps.

2. Concepts of ZeNLP, analytical techniques and creative visualisation strategies for stress management will be discussed in interactive sessions during the workshop and will be programmed into the unconscious minds of participants through effective use of stories, music and chants. An evocative approach is the highlight of Zen way of learning.

3. One set of training material including Fire, Water and Earth Music, access to tips4ceos.com website, and Power Point Presentations will be submitted to your HR Department. for future use without payment of royalty to us.

4. Concepts of Zen meditation, dynamic meditation and sound vibration meditation will be interwoven with simulation exercises to enable a learning atmosphere which facilitates continuous learning filled with fun and laughter.

Our professional fee:

Rs. 2000 per participant subject to a minimum of 21 participants for this one day workshop-SHANTI.

Total fee:

Rs. 42,000/- for ZeNLP based one-day workshop -SHANTI. All cheques to be drawn in favour of phenoMenon consultants

Our payment terms:

Rs.21000/- as advance to be paid alongwith your confirmation letter.Rs. Balance Rs. 21,000/- to be paid after conclusion of the workshop. and receipt of training manuals.Payment mode: Cheque to be drawn in favour of phenomenon consultants and to be deposited into Current Account Number: 00062560008038 at any branch of HDFC Bank nearest to you.Other terms:

1. Guest House to be arranged for faculty for the preparation phase (one day) and during the workshop.2. Arrangements for local transportation of faculty from guest-house/hotel to venue of workshop to be arranged by your organisation.3. All arrangements for conducting workshop including ZeNLP diet, LCD Projector and training hall and speakers to play ZeNLP meditation music.4. Dates for your workshop:between July 10th to 20th 5. Three of our co-ordinators from Chandigarh will attend the workshop as observers.
