The Benefits of Weight Training:There is actually a long list of why you should include strength training in your program:

• Not only does strength training increase your physical work capacity, it also improves your ability to perform activities of daily living (ADL’s).  You will be able to work harder and longer with the proper weight training activities.

• It improves bone density. One of the best ways you can control bone loss as you age is to add strength training into your workout plan.

• It promotes fat-free body mass with decreasing sarcopenia.  The lean muscle mass that we all work so hard for decreases with age.  If we don’t add strength training to our routine then it will turn into fat.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to fill out therapist forms.

LATE APPOINTMENTS The therapists are on a time schedule. It will be at their

discretion to decide to keep appointments with clients that are late or to adjust time appropriately to accommodate

following appointments.

CANCELLATION POLICY Couple’s Packages and Spa Day Retreats require a deposit of 50% when booking the service. Please give us a 24 hour

notice before any cancellations to avoid a 50% charge. Group gatherings require 50% deposit and 72 hour cancellation

policy in order to avoid 50% charge.

GIFT CERTIFICATES We have created a unique “Message in a Bottle” Gift Certificate that is made from beautiful recycled wine

bottles all wrapped up and ready to… We do enforce a 1 year expiration date on gift certificate services. There

are NO refunds. If services for that gift certificate are not available you may transfer to a different service of same value. Donations have a 3 month expiration date and are forfeited if there is not a 24 hour cancellation and/or “no

show”. Special promotions are also forfeited if there is not a 24 hour cancellation and or “no show”.

CHILDREN Please be sure to make accommodations for your children

when receiving spa services. Unfortunately, they are not permitted to stay alone in waiting area and are NOT

allowed in the treatment area/room due to liability. If a child (children) is accompanying a client for a spa treatment(s), THE APPOINTMENT WILL NEED TO BE RESCHEDULED!

During Salon & Nail studio appointments, please make sure parent/or guardian is with them at all times.

CELL PHONES We want to ensure all clients have a divine time! Please be

sure to silence your phone once entering the spa area.

VALUABLES We do suggest that you keep any and all valuables with you at all times. We do offer robes, slippers and a tote bag to put your belongings in. Please be sure to carry it with you at all

times.

HEALTH CONCERNS Please be sure to inform the therapist of ANY allergens,

medications, or health issues before receiving treatments. We provide spa snack platters with all our retreats, so please

be sure to let the Spa Coordinator know of any allergens related to food at time of booking appointment.

ENSURING A DIVINE TIME We greatly appreciate your business and we want your

experience to be delightful! Feel free to discuss your questions and/or concerns with your therapist before and during the treatments. Please let us know how we can enhance your experience. If for any reason you are
