    CHECKLIST

    NOTE ON CHECKLISTS

A normal checklist is provided for use inflight. This checklist covers items that are ofvital importance to the safety of the flight.

When completing a checklist it is assumedthe pilot is familiar with the full operating

procedures in the sections following thenormal checklist and outlined in the aircraftPOH section 4. The checklist is completedafter normal flows as a cross check to ensurecritical items are set correctly.

Expanded procedures for normal, non-normal, and emergency operations areprovided on the reverse side. These shouldbe used for training aids during type ratingsand for personal reference.

As model differences frequently occur, themanufactures handbook for the aircraft youare flying should be referenced to and this

checklist must be modified accordingly priorto any use operation!

Speeds and performance figures providedhere are an average for the more commonC182 models and rounded up to the nearest5kts.
