Look Up Your UVA Login Information

If you are a former student (enrolled in a class since 1985) and know your UVA (NetBadge) login, go to the SIS Portal and click on SIS Login.
Log in using your UVA (NetBadge) credentials.
Click on the "other academic" drop down menu, and choose Transcript: View Unofficial.
For Report Type, choose Advising Transcript, and then click View Report.
It may take a while for it to display. As long as the wheel is moving, don’t go back, click anything else, etc. Your unofficial transcript will be presented as a PDF document. If it isn't displaying, disable your browser’s pop-up blocker and try again.
Look Up Your UVA Login Information
If you do not have a, or do not know your, current UVA (NetBadge) login, you must complete a request for Electronic Access to your UVA Academic Record through the University of Virginia Registrar. You must complete all steps, exactly as directed, or your request will not be processed.
Complete the online Request for Access form.
Provide your signature via the Signature Page, which must be either faxed to 434-924-4156, or scanned and emailed to [email protected].
Your account will be processed within two business days. If it is not, contact the UVA Registrar at [email protected] or at 434-924-4122. You will be notified by email when your NetBadge account has been activated and is available for your use. This information will be sent to the email address you provide on the Web Form. You will then be able to log into SIS and check your grades via your unofficial transcript.
