VIEW AND PRINT AN UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTHOW TO

This is a step by step guide explaining how to view and print a copy of your unofficial transcript. Begin by logging into MyConcordia portal. Once logged in, click on "My Student Centre" located in the upper left hand side of the screen to access your self-service dashboard. Under the Academics section, click the "other academic..." drop-down menu and select "Transcript: View Unofficial". Once this is selected, click the arrows to continue.

If you would like to view your Undergraduate or Graduate Record, click the "Undergraduate/Graduate Record" link. This will generate a web-

based version of your Student Record. Your Student Record will open in your current browser window and begin with your Academic Program History.

Scroll down to go through each Academic Term to see your course history, grades and GPA information. To print a copy of your Student Record, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the 'Print' button. To return to your Student Center main page, select 'Student Center' from the navigation menu along the top of the browser.

2If you would like to view your Undergraduate or Graduate Record, click the "Undergraduate/Graduate Record" link. This will generate a web-based version of your Student Record.

NOTE: If you just want to see yourgrades or cumulative GPA, there are alternative ways of viewing this information.

GRADES: Select 'Grades' fromthe 'other academic...' drop downmenu, click the arrows to proceed,choose the academic term andclick 'Continue'.

CUMULATIVE GPA: Select'Program CGPA' from the 'otheracademic...' drop-down menu, clickthe arrows to view.

NOTE: If you wish to view your Unofficial Transcript for your Post Doc, GradPro Skills or Continuing Education, you must select that report type from the drop-down menu on the 'View Unofficial Transcript' page as seen in Step 2.Once selected, click 'View Report'.
