6) Evaluate projects, people, relationships

7) Monitor finances

8) Direct communication regarding CHAT

9) Identify and approve CHAT Community and Core Team members

1) Identify and share health

improvement ideas in community

2) Refine and approve health

improvement project proposals

organizations in projects
