Extensive plans have been drawn up which indicate a proposed layout on which planning permission was obtained. Alterations to these plans may be possible subject to local authority consent. At present the designs prescribe the accommodations as follows:

Chart Sutton is a small village on the edge of the Weald of Kent, approximately 5 miles (8 km) to the south of Maidstone. The village is small, with around 800 inhabitants and lies to the east of the larger and more known village of Sutton Valence.
