The molecular chaperones are proteins required to the proper

folding, transporting and degradation of the other proteins

in vivo

They act as containers for the folding of other protein subunits as they are called heat-shock proteins

Prevent the degradation of proteins in spinal stress conditions, interact with nonnative protein units and participate in the stabilization of

folding and aggregation prevention

Individuals with Alzheimer's disease display

several findings in their blood and cerebrospinal fluid that may reflect

neuropathological changes

Individuals with Alzheimer's disease have lower levels of amyloid-beta peptides and higher

levels of total and phosphorylated tau

concentration

Levels of certain metabolites and proteins

in the plasma might represent responses to

brain changes in Alzheimer's disease

Protein clusterin, appeared to be

associated with atrophy of the

hippocampal region of the brain

and with rapid progression of

cognitive decline

Clusterinbelongs to a

family of extracellular

chaperones

This proteins regulate the

formation and removal of

amyloid

Higher plasma levels of the

clusterin is associated

with severity of disease

Able to stop theprogression ofAlzheimer's disease isa major step in thetreatment of thisdisease and for thiswe must know themolecularmechanisms bywhich this takesplace, so I think thatthis study opens thedoor to many othersthat will improvethe quality life ofpatients.

Diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN) is a common

complication of diabetes

and leads to:

High levels of

pain

The death of sensory neurons

numbness in the

extremities

The up regulation of Hsp70 by inhibiting the activity

of Hsp70's regulatory protein, Hsp90, has led to the

reversal of neuronal degeneration in mice with DPN.

Hsp90, a key regulator of Hsp70

and the cellular heat shock

response, had its activity

inhibited by a novel C-terminal

inhibitor, KU-32

Hsp70 provides pain relief by its ability to

block the JNK protein kinase activity.

I think this study is of great importance as it will

create new medicines that improve health and

reduce the consequence of diabetic patients and

gives patients a better quality of life during their

disease process

And gives patients a

better quality of life during their disease

process

These drugs can reduce the

consequence of diabetic and

alzheimerpatients

It will create new medicines that improve health

Chaperones are essential for the proper

functioning of the proteins in the

organism, so the studies focus on this area

allow doctors to understand the mechanisms

by which they can produce different

pathologies and allows them to focus on the

treatment of patients with a more

effectively.

The identification of this protein allows to

know the mechanism by which the disease

progresses and this gives researchers a guide

that can be used to create drugs that act on

molecular targets identified as decreasing

the progression of symptoms.
