Changing Authentication: Users who need to bind their CAC card to an account where they previously used User ID/Password. Internet Explorer 1. Open Internet Explorer. 2. On the tool bar select Tools, then Internet Options. 3. Select the Content Tab, select Certificates. 4. Locate and click on the Authentication Certificate. 5. Select Export, select Next, Next, Next, then Browse to save the file to your desk top, select Next, then select Finish. This should be followed by a Successful export message.

Once you select Browse, this will allow you to pick a location and folder on your PC to save your certificate. Recommend you place this on you desktop and name the file your last name.Select Save.

Now log in to PIEE: https://piee.eb.mil

Once logged into PIEE, select My Account.

Ensure your certificate name displays.Select Upload Cert.

This screen indicates that the CAC has now been bound to the account. Select Submit.

After logging out (top right) Logins to PIEE should now be done using the CAC login process.

If you would like to access other PIEE applications at this time, click on the PIEE title to be redirected to the PIEE Landing Page.
