CPC number dropped to <4p/cc after two fill/flush cycles!
Chamber DMPS on housing air..The dmps has a 0.02lpm leak of clean circulation
air (~3% dilution)

11:01 cpc number dropping below 1p/cc with no spikes!
Zero mass!

During final flush
DMPS software crashed! Right after lights on
1h ALO: still not much happening
Just after 1h ALO: nucleation started
Chamber diagnostics
3h ALO: almost no change in NOx and O3 initial concentrations so far!
4h ALO: still no O3 production and not much change in NOx concentration
The excess flow meter is not connected
