DREAM JOBMy dream job is to be an International Master Trainer for human development & the owner of one of the reputable certified training centers in the world.

Working mainly in Egypt & then expands globally.

Working on daily schedules, Time management, Sharing ideas.

For me Every day will be a new start for another achievements & no regret on past mistakes.

Technology has no limits, So you cannot imagine how it will be but I’ll be updated by the recent technologies especially that help in making learning more easier.

I’ll not call it outcome as outcome is something tangible or physical, But I call it GOAL & my own goal is to build “ Fruitful Generation “ able to deal with daily life difficulties , achieve his dreams & educate the coming generations how to improve themselves and create their own dependable practical life.

Due to incredible improvements in technology & globalization, Future companies will be like “ social clubs ” but not by its literal meaning, I mean that employees will go to work in order to communicate & socialize and this is the base of human development.

Technology makes employees more able to be in contact with their managers by their movable appliances.

Managers will depend more on daily / weekly reports & video conferences.

But still the Headquarters are needed as a kind of safety for customers.

All industries need successful & creative generations that will help them in improving their work. But in my dream job, My trainees will be the persons who will dominate on the whole industries & it will not be important to be related to their field of education.

They will be located locally & on the global wide.

And for me, Incentives will not depend only on physical bonuses although it has its importance. But it will depend also on personal bonuses like that motivates the employees to be more than perfect like fund for international courses, travel abroad to know other cultures.

PERFECT EDUCATION

The skills needed mainly are communication skills, Time management, Responsibility , Creativity, Patience & Problem solvers.

Experience is not a must, All you need is to have the talent of educating & the ability of delivering information.

We will depend on the Up – Down basics as we will start by the conditions of joining faculty of education , it will not depend only on the grade but also the efficiency of communicating & educating the others as they will carry out the responsibility of upbringing the coming generations.

Then enroll some soft skills & language courses in the school’s Curriculums.

To be updated by the recent technologies in order to be adapted to the external environment.

Build their personal characteristics & the sense of responsibility

Starting the day with sportive activities to stimulate the blood circulation and build their bodies.

Starting the classes by mental subjects like Mathematics & Sciences in order to benefit from fresh minds in the morning.

Enroll handmade activities like drawing, Sculpture, Cultivation & Housekeeping and distribute the students among talent basics not gender ones.
