Young people need to enter to the job market as early as possible to obtain a work experience:

1. Open access for all young people to high or trade school. Revalorisation of working specialities, technical skills and special technical education in the trade school,

2. Obligation to all of the University students to have half-part work (or training) on future specialities in parallel with University study

3. Foundation of special organisation in each University helping to students to find this kind of training or job.

EDUCATION

1. Job market should be analysed precisely. Special quotes and entrance examination for different specialities should be introduced to decrease the competition of young people at the job market in special sectors of the economy (for example, service sector where the unemployment rate is highest).

2. At the same time this will successfully increase the quality of students and improve the final educational level.
