• CGV is creating a unique design hub in India for DOS assistance to its global clients.
• DOS would be the aggregator for delivering desired outputs through experienced & resourceful Channel Partners.
• DOS would work on premise of “ZERO ERROR & NO DELAY”.
• DOS services are mandated to deliver Bulk Design/Drawing detailed Shop/ construction/working drawings (Architectural, Structural, MEP and HVAC) of Building Services (Residential, Commercial, Industrial and Institutional buildings, Health care unit, Hotels and Hospitality sectors etc.), Highways & Bridges, Railway & Metro, Power, Oil & Gas and Allied Industrial Sectors for its Global Clientele.
• CGV would provide 3D modelling and BIM for total construction support.
• CGV is actively sourcing designs & engineering solution business from Europe, Latin & North America and MENA countries by opening front end business offices in these countries.
Our Management
Mr. Alok C. Sapre – Chairperson & Managing Director has 35 years of extensive experience in the infrastructure & construction industry. Mr. Sapre is an expert in global infrastructure, project and contract management, organizational set up, growth and business strategy. He is currently empanelled by two leading Indian private banks as an infrastructure expert to assist them in overcoming problems from stressed accounts. Mr. Sapre obtained his MBA from the Indian School of Business, with specialized courses on management from Wharton & Kellogg in the United States & FDC in Brazil. He has a masters degree in Hydroelectric Engineering and a bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, along with a B.A in Economics.

Mr. Sharad W. Mohgaonkar - Mentor & Senior Advisor has more than 55 years of experience in the areas of water resources, irrigation, dams & canal network and hydropower projects with expertise in design, operation & commissioning of large projects in Madhya Pradesh. He spearheaded the water resource department as Secretary & was also a member of the arbitration tribunal. He is still actively contributing to the industry & is a mentor to us on techno-commercial and managerial aspects of the business. Mr. Mohgaonkar has a B.E. (Hons) degree.

Tarun Krishna Majumder: Director (Oil & Gas) - has vast exposure of 30 years in Contracts & procurement, Business development, Gas marketing, and City Gas Distribution & Project implementation with international and national companies of repute. Mr. Majumder has proven his abilities in business analysis & planning, strategic alliances at national/international levels for business development to achieve organization’s mission. He has been associated with & imparted great value to the business of ECIL, GAIL, Jindal Petroleum, Middle East Engineering Solution (UAE). Mr. Majumder obtained his MBA from Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), Delhi University in Finance. He has a Masters degree in Production Engineering from IIT, Delhi & Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from NIT, Durgapur.

Mr. Asoke Roy: Partner Director - has 42 years of experience in engineering & design with Power, Oil & Gas and allied infrastructure projects. Mr. Roy possesses a diversified experience in turnkey execution of power plants and oil & gas projects in India & overseas. His role in turnkey execution of a power project in Cyprus was specially commended by the Ministry of Electricity in Cyprus. He is also accredited with the first in-country indigenous engineering & design for a 210 MW Turbo-Generator foundation for a power plant in Maharashtra. He has been associated with BHEL, Duke Flour Daniel (USA), Flour Corporation (USA), Isolux Corsan (Spain) and has imparted great value to the business of these groups. Mr. Roy has a degree in Civil Engineer from NIT, Durgapur.
Gayatri Chauhan: Director Business Development & Marketing - A LEED Certified Scholar Architect from IIT Roorkee with MBA from ISB and a GRIHA Trainer & Evaluator with 10+ years of experience with expertise in Sustainability & Green Infrastructure Services (Swedish Institute, Sweden). Recognised as Young Top potential woman Leader. She has proved her mettle working with Biodiversity Conservation India Ltd, Wipro Technologies, Bangalore and Kolte Patil Developers Ltd., Pune .
