Certi�cate programs are typically between 3 to 6 months in length and are o�ered in blended learning mode with international partners
How to Request an “in-house” Program?
Step 1: Complete the Online Requirements Analysis Form available on our website at www.cli-cks.com. The purpose of the Form is to assist the Center in grasping a good understanding of the institution’s needs and intended goals from running the training program. It shall be �lled by a person who possesses the necessary knowledge about the audience for whom the program will be delivered and the institutional context.
Step 2: Once the Form is received by CLICKS, the Center will respond with a formal proposal (typically within 3-5 working days); the proposal submitted will include both the technical and �nancial aspects.
Step 3: If the proposal is approved by the requesting institution, the necessary steps will commence to plan the development and delivery of the program(s) as per the terms of reference stipulated in the proposal and on the mutually agreed upon dates.

CLICKS provides a wide range of capacity building programs speci�cally catered towards higher education (HE) that can be customized and tailored to meet the speci�c needs of an institution and/ or country’s context. In addition, and in alignment with its vision of serving the regional higher education community; CLICKS is well-equipped and able to deliver programs outside the UAE when and as needed.
These programs are typically between 14 to 32 learning hours and delivered over 2-5 dyas based on the preference of the HEIs.
