12 DESCRIPTION DU PRODUIT DESCRIPTION OF PRODUCT

Cet analyseur est un dispositif qui permet la mesure de l’oxygène dans le gaz naturel via un capteur d’oxygène inséré dans le process. De plus, une sonde PT100 peut être aussi connectée. Un capteur de pression peut être installé en option. L’équipement se compose de deux enveloppes imbriquées l’une dans l’autre. L’enveloppe intérieure contient l’électronique I/O nécessaire et des ports de communication. Elle est montée via un rail dans la seconde enveloppe qui contient le reste des modules. Le couvercle de l’analyseur possède une fenêtre pour l’écran d’affichage du transmetteur et un clavier. L’analyseur peut être alimenté en AC/DC ou DC/DC.

This analyzer is a device which allows the measurement of oxygen in natural gas using a flow oxygen sensor which is inserted into the process stream. In addition to the probe, there is a PT-100 4-wire temperature sensor connected to the controller. A pressure transducer is offer as an option. The equipment consists of two enclosures which are nested into each other. The inner enclosure houses the necessary transmitter electronic I/O ports and communication ports. This inner enclosure is mounted via cap rail to the outer enclosure which includes all modules. The cover of the analyzer has a window for the transmitter screen display and a foil keyboard. The analyzer can be supplied in AC/DC or DC/DC.

FULL EQUIPMENT DESCRIPTION

The analyser OXY5500 is a device which allows the measurement of oxygen in natural gas using a flow through fiber optic(*1) oxygen sensor, which is inserted into the process stream. In addition to the probe, there is a PT-100 4-wire temperature sensor connected to the controller. A pressure transducer is offer as an option and its measurement is fed back into the controller for pressure compensation and better accuracy of oxygen measurement.

The equipment consists of two enclosures which are nested into each other.

The inner enclosure houses the necessary transmitter electronic I/O ports and communication ports. This inner enclosure is mounted via cap rail to the outer enclosure which includes all modules.

The analyser can be supplied by :

- AC voltage via an AC/DC power supply SIEMENS, type 6EP1331-ISH03 (Ex nA IIC T3 Gc)

- Or DC voltage via a DC/DC power supply XP Power, type DDC15

The cover of the analyzer has a window for the transmitter screen display and a foil keyboard.
