This Registered Detail relates to the In- situ Thermaslab Sub-Floor System. It is a cast in-situ ribbed concrete floor designed
to carry floor and internal wall loads at ground floor level in domestic buildings, using polystyrene permanent formwork.
The system is for use solely with the Roger Bullivant Tee Beam systems.
The design shown and materials specified shall not be changed without reference to the local authority responsible for certifying
the system.
Where reference is made to any Code of Practice, British Standard or manufacturer’s instructions it shall be construed as a
reference to such publication in the form in which it is in force at the date of this certificate.
LABC consider that, Roger Bullivant Limited In-situ Thermaslab Sub-Floor System, will meet the
functional requirements of the Building Regulations (listed below) if the criteria detailed in this
certificate are met;
