Summer Music Lessons

In order to accommodate the schedules of students and instructors, we are listing the summer teachers with the dates, times, and location where they will be giving lessons. Please list your selected teacher and the dates that work for you to take lessons. The more information you give, the easier it will be to schedule lessons that fit your schedule. Requested teachers are not guaranteed, depending on the number of students who sign up for lessons. We will attempt to schedule students in the order the registrations are submitted.

Listed below for each teacher is where they currently teach, what they will be teaching over the summer, where their summer lessons will be held, and the

dates and times that they will be teaching this summer. Please choose a teacher(s) with dates that best fit in your schedule and pick your number of lessons

requested based on one lesson a week with the teacher(s) of your choice. Students taking piano or guitar lessons will need to purchase a lesson book for those lessons. Your teacher will give you instructions for which book to buy. Also, students taking instrumental lessons will need to bring their current lessons book and your teacher will let you know if you need any supplemental materials.

Summer Music Lessons

Dear Parent and Student,

The Music Department will again offer summer instrumental music lessons to interested students. Instruction will be offered on all band and orchestra instruments taught in your child’s school. Piano, guitar, drum set, music theory, and jazz arranging will also be offered this year. Lessons will be “one-on-one” and will be thirty minutes in length.

Please complete the bottom portion of the form, detach, and send the form and the check to your child’s music teacher. Your child’s summer lesson instructor will contact you to

arrange the lesson time and location before the end of the school year.
