Last weekend, Archbishop Gomez invited all Catholics to make their annual

commitment to 2020 Together in Mission Appeal. If you and your family have not had the opportunity to make your pledge, I ask you to complete a pledge card found in the pews, or make your pledge online by visiting ourmissionla.org/give. Your gifts to Together in Mission ensure that every Catholic living in the Archdiocese has a parish to celebrate their faith and access to Catholic school education. You are living your faith through your actions when you support Together in Mission.

Ana Vogel, one of our longtime parishioners, suffered a stroke on August 5. Ana was involved in our Confirmation program for many years and served also as the coordinator of our English Eucharistic Ministers.

If you would like to visit Ana, she is currently undergoing stroke rehabilitation at Windsor Gardens Convalescent Hospital, 915 Crenshaw Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA 90019, Room 36A, telephone number (323) 937-5466.

If you would like to assist in Ana’s recovery, please contact the Parish Office for more details.

Thank you for your continuing prayers for Ana, a much loved and respected member of our parish community, as she travels the long road to recovery. Please also keep Ana’s husband Byrnes and her family in your prayers.

Become a registered Parishioner

Please do not take for granted that you are regis-tered with our Parish just because you attend Mass and give donation. Are you on our mailing list? Do you receive envelopes?

There are benefits to being a registered parishioner: priority for ceremony dates (weddings, funerals, quinceaneras, etc), letters of referral for ceremonies at other parishes, records of any contributions for tax information that can be furnished upon request. If you wish to register, or would just like to check your registered information, please stop by our Par-ish office, or register online at www.st-augustine-church.org

¡BODAS COMUNITARIAS!

No diga “no”.

Suministros:

Toallitas, higiene, toallas, carpas, lonas y ponchos.
