1. 自己紹介
(1)日立製作所システム開発研究所研究者として(1977-1997)・確率制御理論、システム理論の画像処理および航空宇宙分野への応用研究、 カルマンフィルタの応用を中心に
・ビジネス(特に金融)情報システム、Electronic Commerceの研究営業、SEとともに顧客への新技術、新システムの提案活動
(2)同研究所における研究開発マネジメント(1998-2004)・企画室長、研究所長として、研究組織の活性化・海外研究ラボ(欧州、中国)の立ち上げ・知識科学、知識創造組織概念をマネジメントへ応用
(3)事業部経験、新事業創成マネジメント(2005-2007)・事業部長として、指静脈生体認証事業の立ち上げ・省エネサービス事業、中国モデルプロジェクト推進
(4)北陸先端科学技術大学院大学知識科学研究科(2008-)・知識科学に基づく研究開発マネジメント、プロジェクトマネジメント・サービスイノベーションの教育・研究

2. 私自身が従事したサービス関連の研究・事業
1.製造業サービスビジネスの高付加価値化(1991-1992)・保守サービスの事業拡大(エレベータ、コンピュータ)・製造業サービスビジネスの拡大と高付加価値化
2.ネット社会におけるサービスアーキテクチャ:ADSS自律分散サービスシステム推進(1997-2000)
・ECにおける応用システム(e-Bankingなど)の検討・インタネットの広がりにより、ネット上でサービス提供者と
サービス要求者を結びつけるアーキテクチャ、セキュリティ3.横断型基幹科学技術連合の立ち上げ(2002-)
・計測自動制御学会が中心となって活動(当時学会理事として)・文理融合研究プロジェクト(やおよろずPJ)の推進
4.高圧インバータによる省エネサービスビジネス(2007-2009)・環境対応のサービスビジネスモデル(ハードからサービスへ)・省エネ、CO2削減の時流に合致、中国やCDM等への展開

3.いま、なぜサービスか?
(1)産業全体のサービス化の流れIBM,GE他サービス産業化、日本のGDP70%
(2)世界的なサービス指向(ビジネス、教育)サービスサイエンス、SSME、サービスイノベーション
(3)ものの時代からサービスの時代へ人の求めるものの変化、観光・医療・介護・娯楽ビジネス対象の変化、Service Dominant Logic
(4)欧米に比較したサービスに対する取り組み姿勢日本のサービス生産性は低い
(5)日本の強みを生かしたサービス産業の伸長ホスピタリティ、顧客満足、製造業の生産性ノウハウ

4.提案の概要
東京MOTコースでの社会人教育の実績を踏まえ、サービスイノ
ベーション創造のための人材育成に対して、本学の強みである情報科学と知識科学を基盤とするサービス経営(MOS)コース:定員20名を併設し、イノベーション創造力を強化する。

24.サービス価値とはどういうものか?
サービス価値:・同じサービスでも、サービスの価値は、受け取る人の特性や時間、場所、おかれた状況によって異なる。・サービスを必要とする状況(サービス場)と提供されるサービスとの関係性でサービス価値が決まる。・顧客は、自分にとってのサービス価値がどうかによって、対価を支払う。(SDL:value in use)・サービス場を正しく認識することで、顧客にとって価値あるサービスが提供できる。

電気力、磁気力:重要な一般原理どんなに多数の電荷があろうと、ある電荷の受ける力Fは、位置、速度、電気量で決まってしまう。

サービスは、サービスを受ける人や状況によって価値が異なる。高級志向の人は高級のものに価値を示すし、安いものが好きな人は高級なサービスを好まない。また、それは、状況によって異なる。

関係性を高めるために:サービス場(サービスに対する顧客ニーズ、ポテンシャル)の計測、把握:ICTがサービスにとって重要である理由
(1)共創:双方のコミュニケーションによって相手のニーズやポテンシャルがわかる(お互いのサービス場の把握)インタラクティブ性、共体験ソリューションサービスに有効な手段
(2)ICTの活用:無形な関係性をICTによって見える化する様々な顧客のニーズ、取引データ、口コミ過去の使用実績、アンケート等サービス場を把握することで、各顧客に合ったサービス+製品を提供できる(保守のタイミング、グレード他)
