The facility has been cleaned prior to your use; please return it to the same condition when finished. 2. Do not nail, staple or pin items to the walls, doors or ceiling. If you tape an item, make sure the item and all tape is completely removed before leaving. 3. Make sure to remove any items (signs, balloons, etc.) that were placed outside of the facility, along roadway, entrance gate, etc. 4. Cleaning items (brooms, mops, pails, etc.) in closet (across from the men’s restroom) are for use to return the facility to an “as found” condition. Sweep floors and mop if necessary, clean sinks and bathroom facilities. 5. When your event is over, make sure all trash is removed from the property. You must supply your own trash bags. Trash bags ARE NOT provided. 6. If outside areas are used, police the grounds prior to leaving and remove all litter. 7. Return chairs and tables to storage area. 8. Turn all lights, fans, and the A/C unit (unless otherwise posted) off before leaving the lodge. 9. Do not arrive or use facility prior to approved time on permit. 10. PAYMENT IN FULL FOR ALL FEES IS DUE PRIOR TO DAY OF EVENT. Checks or Money Orders are the only form of acceptable payment, NO cash please. Mail fees to the Withlacoochee Visitor Center, 15003 Broad Street, Brooksville, FL 34601. Make checks payable to: FDACS (Florida Dept. of Agriculture & Consumer Services) Please include Permit Number and Date of Event on check. 11. DO NOT use the inside fireplace.
