Cebu 10’s 2010 Tournament Rules
1. IRB Laws: The tournament will be played under the laws of the Game of Rugby Football by the International Rugby Football Board, but subject to the amendments detailed below.
2. Team Registration: Registration by 8:30am on the day of the tournament.
3. Teams: There will be 8 teams in 2 Pools of 4 teams each for the “round robin” games. The allocation to each Pool will be based on seedings as decided by the Tournament Officials.
