Mr. Griswold htls been a life-long member of the Masonic order and ha~ been affiliated with the Congre­gational church, being a member of Plymou th Congregational church' of Des Moines, Iowa, at the time of his death,

Besides his widow, his daughter and son , Mr. Griswold is survived by two brothers, Arthur Griswold anel \Vill Griswuld, anu twO'sisters, Mrs. Harry Higman anu Mrs, Will Miller, all residents of Winthrop, Iowa, and four grandchi ld ren; Pauline, Helen, Leslie Junior, and Floyd Berry,.all of Chariotte, N, C,
