LOT PROGRAMThe purpose of the Independent Banks of South Carolina’s (IBSC) Leaders of Tomorrow (LOT) is to promote the advancement of tomorrow’s financial industry leaders and to encourage and foster additional relationships between the IBSC and its member banks. Membership in LOT gives representatives an opportunity to expand personally and professionally through networking and educational opportunities, political activism and awareness and community service.

Members will develop lifetime business relationships with the best and brightest people in community banking.

We are pleased to announce our partnership with the SC National Guard. Our LOT members will work with our service men and women to teach financial literacy. These men and women give so much for us, we are excited to give back to them.

IBSC places a high emphasis on education. Based on issues relevant to our industry, we offer the latest and best information to help guide you to decisions resulting in the highest performance possible for your bank and to maximize your shareholders value. Our speakers will cover motivational

topics, industry specific topics will include an update on current economic.

Our very own IBSC President, Nakia Davis, will kick-off the morning. He will be followed by an economic update from Daniel Anderson, we will be motivated by Greg Blake, Senator Kevin Johnson will talk about our state, Rachel Nichols will discuss industry threats and we will have an update from the SC National Guard.

Meet our Speakers…Daniel Anderson is an Investment Strategist in the Strategic Solutions Group at ICBA Securities. In his role he helps depositories with balance sheet management and investment portfolio

strategies, as well as evaluation of asset/liability exposure and liquidity management.

Daniel has more than ten years of experience working with community banks and credit unions, primarily in fixed income product areas and asset/liability management. Prior to joining ICBA Securities, Daniel was an Asset/Liability Analyst from 2010 to 2014 with a regional broker-dealer at Raymond James. He began his career in bond accounting.

Daniel attended the University of the South in Sewanee, TN. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics in 2007. Daniel holds the FINRA Series 7, 63, and 66 licenses.

Representative Kevin Johnson is a Full-time Legislator residing in Manning. He wasborn September 27 in

Fort Campbell Kentucky. He is the son of the late Willie L. and the late Sallie M. Johnson. He is a graduate of the University of South Carolina. He is married Gloria Richardson and they have 3 children, Kimberly, Kenneth & Kyndra.

Greg Blake1. A larger than life 6’7”

Encouragement Specialist to organizations, corporations and non profits with 30 years of experience with management teams from diverse organizations in all walks of life. 2. A motivational speaker with a message of hope for a hope-seeking world. A message of certainty for uncertain times. A message of strength in the face of adversity. A message of encouragement to meet life’s discouragement’s head on.

3. To provide keynotes, consultation and training that relates to the Boomer, Generation X and New Millennial learner's needs.

4. Greg also has a marriage building seminar that helps couples build stronger families and marriages.

Rachel Nichols is a Regional Sales Manager with Finastra. She is located in Lake Mary, Florida. Rachel has 10 Years with Finastra. She began her career with a $1.5B FI in Orlando, FL. Her territory includes FL, GA, SC, NC and PR.
