Ground Engineering Apprentice of the Year Award

This award is for engineers and operative working in the field of ground ground aged under 30 (at 31 December 2014) who have made a significant contribution to a project, demonstrated technical ability or excelled in terms of development in the last 12 months. They will be judged on all round ability - not only work related achievements - but also their enthusiasm for ground engineering.

Entries can be made by the candidate themselves or by their line/department manager. If the submission is made by a third party then consent must be gained from the nominee.

The completed application form, along with a copy of your CV, and two recent photographs should be emailed to GENextGeneration@emap.com by 5 September 2014. Shortlisted entrants will be expected to deliver a presentation based on their submission to the judging panel in London on 22 October. Shortlisted entrants will be invited to attend the award ceremony on 13 November.
