1977: Met Alvin Tollestrup at ISABELLE Workshop at BNL.1978: Proposal to KEK to participate pp collider experiment at Fermilab. - W/Z , -Higgs, -SUSY/Technicolor searches,...1979: Approved/Funded by Japanese goverment. US-Japan treaty on the collaboration in HEP made.1982: DOE approved Fermilab Collider Project.

Basic detector components done by 1984 -CTC, -VTPC, -Solenoid, -EM&HAD Calorimeters, -Muon
