CONFERENCE FOCUSln the era of gtobat interdependence, organisationsand work situations have to be viewed aslaboratories for inter-cuttural cooperation.Managing individuats and organisations successfutlyin turbulent and highty diverse environmentsrequire, among others, a better understanding ofcommonalities and differences of these contexts.Accordingty, the present times advocate the needfor appreciating cross-cuttural perspectives andorientations in the way the chattenges ofworkforce/ consumer diversity are addressed. ThisConference thus, aims at identifying mutticulturalcontexts and, debating upon various cross- culturalissues confronting today's business leaders foreffective management of gtobat enterprises.

CON FERENCE OBJ ECTIVES AN D TAKE AWAYSThe main objective of the conference is to set asynergetic platform for discussions and closerinteractions among participants coming fromdifferent backgrounds and countries.
