Work Permit Application fees

For people employed in Grand Cayman, Cayman Brac and Little Cayman CI$

Application for the grant, renewal or amendment of a work permit 100.00 per application

Application for the grant, renewal or amendment of a temporary work permit, a

temporary work permit for a seasonal worker or a temporary work permit for an

entertainer 70.00 per application

Application for working by operation of Law 100.00 per application

Application for Key Employee 500.00 per application

Variation of a work permit:

a. Where the fee payable for the grant of the permit as varied would have attracted no

higher fee than that paid for the permit to be varied 100.00 per application

b. Where the fee payable for the grant of the permit as varied would have attracted a

higher fee

The fee payable until the

following anniversary date

equivalent to that payable by a person authorized by a work permit to engage in the same

Permanent Residency fees

At the time of making an application the applicant must pay a non-refundable filing fee of

CI$1,000.00, all dependant fees, the annual fee and the issue fee. The issue fee is based on

income as follows:
