Due to Covid-19 Masses will be Outside: We all

desire to be together to worship our Lord and God, and to receive the Holy Eucharist. The restriction of the number of people who may gather has been lifted, however, the aspect of “Social Distancing” must be strictly observed. Masses will be outside until further notice. At these Masses there will be no music, holding of hands or sign of peace. There will be no 11am Sunday Mass due to the heat and increased bugs at that time of day. There is still a “Dispensation for Mass” in effect. Those who are sick or vulnerable should not attend. Diocese of St. Augustine requires all attendees to wear a facemask. Please do not bring pets to Mass. Masses will be: Saturday Vigil at 5pm Sunday at 9am Please bring the following: your own lawn chair (blanket for kids); hat; sunglasses; hand-fan to keep bugs away; facemask; and a joyful heart to worship God. Rain plan: 1. If there is a light rain, then stay in your cars during Mass and using your umbrella come forward to receive Holy Communion. 2. If there is a heavy rain, then Mass will be cancelled.

U.S. Bishops: Racism not a thing of the past saying

they are “broken-hearted, sickened, and outraged to watch another video of an African American man being killed before our very eyes”, leaders of the USCCB call for the “real and present danger” of racism to be met head on.

Catholic Wisdom: It seems to me that nothing is more important right now than for Christians to become more and more moved by, and filled with, the words of Christ in the Gospels. The mysteries of the Rosary now take us through the whole Gospel, into the mysteries of eternal life…” — Fr. Benedict Groeschel, CFR

The teaching on Mary Mary was prepared by God to become the mother of His Son Jesus. Through the working of the Holy Spirit from the moment of her conception, Mary received the grace of being a fitting dwelling place for the Son of God. Mary’s humility made her the most capable of welcoming the inexpressible gift of the Almighty God in her womb. (CCC 721-722)
