PVC vertical sliding window

Prefabricated building

The company, we have the pleasure to introduce in this brochure, is an important and dynamic industrial company located in Italy. Since the 1980s, Piva Group SpA has been offering to its customers a modern and flexible production machine, which strong of its creative design, follows each project from the beginning, proposing an advanced quality level on each product, labeling it with the CE mark, in conformity with the highest technical standards of our times.

Initiative, will and commitment, together with close relations between the Piva family and the management, have made Piva Group SpA a solid productive reality, which produces Aluminum and PVC windows and doors for modular building (modular house units, insulated units, pre-fabricated boxes, etc. ), for mobile homes, bungalows and residential building with its Mondial Infissi division. Piva Group SpA produces also insulated sandwich panels for industrial building (industrial sheds, industrial soundproofing) and for many other sectors in the industrial plant sector with its Pannelli System division.

The Italian production facilities are located on an industrial area of about 100,000 square meters in Roncanova di Gazzo Veronese, province of Verona; it is the ‘heart of the company’, where all the inputs start and where the headquarter is located. Other production site covering a total area of 30,000 square meters is located in Salamanca, central Spain, where PVC and Aluminum windows and doors have been produced since 2004.

The company is present and exports its products all over Europe and around the world with a total aggregate turnover of about 100 million Euros. The Group expects to expand even further with the research and the development of new products to be entered also on new emerging markets.

A full range of certifications on the product, available for each kind of article, outline the Piva Group’s mission.

Practicality and functionalityComplex geometries can be extruded, which are ideal for windows’ profiles, doors and door-windows, with the most modern opening systems. Aluminum joints to the lightness and flexibility, a high resistance and solidity. Therefore, Aluminum is the material to be used in the modern architecture, ductile to each form and colour, traditional and modern.

Why choosingAluminumAluminum is a very light material with reduced specific weight. That’s why production costs of the raw material in this phase are very affordable. Its resistance is very high and it can be calculated with precision. It is the ideal material even for the production of windows, doors and glass façade of big dimensions. It can be endless re-melted with a limited energy consumption. More Aluminum is recycled, more cheaper is its price.

Fire reaction Aluminum can be used for the production of windows and doors with fire reaction in class 0.

To protect against firePVC contains 57% of chlorine in its structure, which makes it alone a fire resistance polymer. The presence of chlorine, a highly fire resistance substance, improves the reaction of PVC against the fire, slowing down the spread of flames and therefore self-extinguishing.

Why choosing PVCChoosing PVC profiles for windows and doors means to preserve the green of our forests. PVC is composed by 57% of salt and by 43% of petroleum. This material is therefore a thermoplastic material, mainly of natural origin, with a reduced use of raw materials with limited availability and no-renewable.Choosing PVC profiles for windows and doors, there is a pollution’s reduction. PVC’s production requires less energy in comparison with other materials, such as Aluminum.PIVA GROUP’s windows and doors also guarantee an high thermal insulation , with a further energy save with less consumption of indoor heating and consequent reduction of air pollution.Plastic materials for windows and doors are among the most resistance: they can be used even after a century.

mobil home pre-fabricated buildingThere are many solutions for highlighting the aesthetic features of a building. Windows and doors of Piva Group’s production stand out for the high quality standards, which assure constant performance over time.

In Europe, in few decades, PVC has surpassed all the traditional materials for the windows’ and doors’ production; this worth is due to its technical performance qualities, giving a reply in many countries.

The benefits of the PVC windows and doors produced by Piva Group are:

• Highsound insulation forabetterhousing comfort; • Efficient thermal insulation with a considerable energy save;• Excellentweathertightness;• Absolute resistance to thewindpressure;• Nocondensation;• Durabilitywithoutmaintenance.

Mobil home and Residential building

Piva Group has even the Pannelli System division, reference point for the production of insulated sandwich panels with a discontinuous line production. It produces the most various and complex types of sandwich panels with different insulations, from polyurethane resins, to polystyrene foam and to mineral wool with oriented fibres, with the possibility for inserts made of wood, iron, plastic or other materials.

Pannelli System can offer an unlimited production with its discontinuous plants, replying to the complex and difficult requests in the world of design. To complete the product range and keeping Piva Group up to date at all times, new generation plants have been installed, which can significantly increase the production capacity of the Group.

Thanks to the high capacity of our plants, Pannelli System Division can meet any market’s need – a commercial advantage that puts us in an unique position.
