GENERAL INFORMATION

DIE CHARGES FOR CUSTOM MADE IN THE USA PRODUCTS: Die charges are a one-time charge. Price is

based on complexity of design and size, includes an emailed image of an impression of the die. Changes

to die may incur additional costs. We hold and maintain dies for your exclusive use until no longer

needed. If you need to take physical possession of dies there will be a $75.00 service fee. Once a die

leaves our factory we will not be responsible for condition of the die. Die charges are payable in

advance.

DIE CHARGES FOR CUSTOM IMPORTED PRODUCTS: Die charges are a one-time charge. Price includes

factory art for proofing Dies are held for 3 years from last date of use. Physical possession of dies is not

available. Die charges are payable in advance.

PRODUCTION PROOFS: Actual production samples can be made upon request. Once dies are approved

we manufacture 2 pieces. Cost is approximately $75.00 for the 2 pieces.

DIE MODIFICATION FOR YEARLY AWARDS: Depending on the initial design, sometimes dies can be

modified after initial use. Best example is date changes for an annual award. Often the modification is

less expensive that the initial die charge. Since the process of modification can weaken the tool steel we

do not guarantee the working condition of a modified die.

DESIGN TIPS: View art at the actual size of the product before submitting. If art is not clear and legible

when viewing at the product size, it will not be clear and legible on the finished product itself.

For color we require an outline of metal to surround each color. Like in a coloring book, color stays

inside the lines. ID (inside dimension) needs to be no smaller than 5/64”.

ARTWORK FOR CUSTOM DIES: Vector EPS line art required. No placed images in the file and fonts to be

converted to outlines. If provided art is not production ready and manipulation is necessary a charge of

$60.00 and up may be incurred. For detailed 3D sculpted designs such as animals, buildings, portraits or

vehicles our die engravers will require photographs in addition to vector art for reference.

PRODUCTION FOR MADE IN THE USA CUSTOM PRODUCTS: Die engraving is 2-4 weeks, product is 15-

20 working days from approval of die impression. Reorders are 5-15 working days. Contact us for

production on large quantities. Rush service may incur additional costs. Shipping is not included in

production time.

PRODUCTION FOR MADE IMPORTED CUSTOM PRODUCTS: Paper proof 2-3 days, product 20-30

working days. Reorders are 20-25 working days. Contact us for production on large quantities. Rush

service may incur additional costs.

OVER-RUNS / UNDER-RUNS: We always attempt to ship exact quantities. However, we reserve the right to ship and bill 2% over or under the quantity ordered.

ENGRAVING: Most custom and stock items can be engraved. The process we use is diamond drag and

engraving is oxidized for a crisp clean look. For logos, vector EPS line art is required, fonts converted to

outlines and no placed images. For straight line copy engraving, contact us for an engraving form. If

requested we can provide engraving proof. Initial proof is free of charge. Revisions will be done for an

added cost. Proofs may add to production time. Engraving sent in an unusable format may incur service

fees.

CANCELATIONS AND QUANTITY CHANGES: Canceled orders in production are subject to all costs of

manufacturing at time of cancellation. Quantity changes may incur additional costs.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING: Shipping times and costs are in addition to production time and unit prices.

We ship via Ups, FedEx and USPS. Orders ship via Ups ground unless requested otherwise. We can ship

freight collect on customers account, handling services will be added to the invoice. Unless requested

otherwise we insure all shipments over $100.00 for lost or damaged packages. We are not responsible

for carrier delays.

RETURNS: All returns must be made within 2 weeks from time of receipt of shipment. Returns require

prior approval. Custom items cannot be returned. Stock items can be returned and are subject to a

20% restocking fee. Returned stock items must be returned in resalable condition to receive credit.

SPLIT AND DROP SHIPMENTS: Contact us for pricing. Pricing will vary based on number of ship to

locations.

COPYRIGHTS, REGISTRATION MARKS AND TRADEMARKS: Customer shall defend, hold harmless and

free of all liability Mint Masters regarding copyright, registrations mark or trademark infringements

and/or disputes. Mint Masters assumes the customer has permission to use registered designs, marks,

logos, graphics and other artwork submitted for the express purpose of reproduction. Customer agrees

to assume any and all responsibility or demands against Mint masters resulting from copyright,

registration mark and trademark infringement. Custom designs or logos on products shown in this

catalog have been reproduced as examples of our manufacturing processes. They are not for resale nor

are the construed as endorsements.

time. If any unexpected situations occur that may delay production, we will contact you. We will not be

held liable for any acts of nature, unforeseen production delays, carrier difficulties or any situations out

of our control that may delay a shipment or cause a missed delivery.
