To fulfill the required quality standards of the industries, our foundries are placing high emphasis on the supervision of the complete casting process.

During the melting process, the chemical analysis is kept under strict control for optimum cast product quality.

Beside the correct chemical composition it is necessary to make an appropriate heat treatment, in order to obtain the optimum mechanical properties. To ensure these quality attributes, our foundries are working with PLC controlled LPG fired heat treatment furnaces.

The following equipment is applied to achieve the high quality

-Tensile testing and bending machine

-Ultrasonic flow detector

-Magnetic particle testing

-Dye penetrant crack detecting

-Hardness testers and other devices

In addition to a further surface treatment by shot blasting concludes the whole casting process, to prepare the shot blasted and fettled parts for delivery, presumed the dimensional and quality conformity.

Bi-Metallic Wear Casting Partspowered by HARDTOP GERMANY - if you don´t want to make compromises!

The application of HARDTOP®- bi-metallic casting parts is especially suited for operating conditions with

high requirements on wear resistance and simultaneous on the strength of flexure. The structure of

HARDTOP® products, consisting of two entirely different alloys, enables a profile of properties which can be

adapted to respective stress conditions. For example very extrem wear stressed areas can be manufactured

of chromium cast iron with high hardness and the fracture critical areas can be made of low alloyed impact

resistant steel. The strong intermetallic interface is suitable due to highest requirements of strength.
