Les modules sont montés en vérifiant

toujours la correspondance entre exter-

ne et interne. Pour compenser les espa-

ces éventuels, jusqu’à une largeur

maximale de 10cm, on utilise les

montants en bois. En présence de

petits rayons, les montants doivent

être de forme trapézoïdale.

Le système circulaire peut se

combiner en horizontal ou en vertical,

en maintenant les mêmes

caractéristiques typologiques et

constructive du coffrage à cadre.

L’utilisation des mêmes acces-

soires garantit la compatibilité entre les

différents systèmes.

Le premier coffrage doit être fixé

avec deux étais de stabilisation. Les

autres étais doivent être disposés en

respectant les indications des

tableaux de référence.

Les consoles de service sont

disposées à un entraxe maximum de

1,80 m.

La charge pour les consoles de service

équivaut à 150 kg/m2 et avec

protection latérale au moyen de lisses d’

extrémité. Les modules sont

superposables en insérant un profil

de rehausse (art. 25023) un panneau

sur deux, pour des hauteurs allant

jusqu’à 4,50 m, et en insérant deux

profils de rehausse pour chaque

panneau pour des hauteurs supérieures

Circular metal formwork for columns

en-sures an excellent finishing of

visible concrete. It is made up of two

semipillars that are separately moved.

This simplifies the auxiliary

operations during the creation of the

columns themselves.

Round column supports a fresh con-

crete pressure of up to 150 kN/m2.

The formworks are realised in 3

different heights, which can be

overlapped, to ensure the

achievement of the required height.

The overlap is achieved through rings

with bolts, which become also the

gripping point for the lifting accessories.

The service platform ensures safety and

a signifi ant advantage in terms of re-

ducing the operational time of use of

the formwork.

Thanks to the inserting protection pa-

rapet, it is possible to work in safe

way even on a half-platform of service.

La poutre H20 de longueur variable de

2,45 m à 5,90 m est la composante prin-

cipale du Omni. Elle s’adapte

parfaitement a variées typologies de

travaux de construction. Elle est utilisée

les voiles et les dalles.

El le est légère et maniable si elle est

robuste si utilisé comme pour

les voiles. La superposition verticale

des modules s’obtient grâce au

de raccordement.

Le raccord horizontal entre les modules
