1) Recognize the need form to retention of customer in the face of economic
recession.
Ans) the case study is more over talking about the new aspect of
business aspect, adopting with the culture, Style and the
preferences of customer towards the brand.
The two star states like California and Florida was contributing the large
amount of revenue from these two states goes down with the effect of recession,
and even the slowdown of housing slump.
They think to start the new variant in their business like music
playing store, book reading station and also provide the comfort
restaurant facilities where they get meals also in cheaper rate.
They wanted people to choose the ambience of star buck and spend
the time, and being relaxed with the service.
2) Design a changing pattern of a consumer buying behaviour along with
perception analysis in reference with the case.
Ans) In this case the changing pattern is highly depends upon the way of
customer interaction with the shop and utilize the ambience and
performance of the star buck with the categories of service of excellence.
The purpose of spreading the star bucks is to create the brand image of
the service and the product depth taste and acknowledge of product.
Customers were more connected with the coffee which was uplifting the
brand visual effectiveness.
3) Evaluate the effectiveness of 7p’s marketing strategy adapting by
Starbucks to promote its various products.
Ans) The star buck has promoted their product with the various different
promotional strategies like introducing the restaurants business, and also
started various activities like opening barista shop and providing the best
relaxed ambience with the facilities of seating arrangement of office
people and over being the time for chatting with the friend , and they
introduced the garlic bread products in their course and spread the
happiness with the variety of different product and create the friendly
environment, persons , place and promotion play the most important role
in the marketing strategy in the and it help to identifying the untapped
market with the different style of product reached.
4) Critically discuss the role of brand image differentiation in line with the
case.
Ans) the brand image of star buck is briefly discussed in the point of
differentiate with the image of the star buck and the other competitors
like Mc-Donald’s which give the tough competitions to the star buck and
others , the image which star buck has made in longer period of times is
with the outstanding service which no one can compete, and the comfort
which it provide the interaction between the customer and company with
the service factors, I think company had a great impact with the image
perception and make the immense presence in the country fort.
